Building
Echoing the Italian countryside, grained granite and marble will be installed throughout the villa. Walls will be plastered in warm yellows and terracotta. Paintings are crafted copies of masterpieces of the 20th century from Cezanne, Monet, Picasso to Marc and feature subjects that complement the surroundings.
Villa Camporosso unobtrusively incorporates the highest levels of home technology, including a KNX/EIB Instabus installation, RFID access control, DSL Internet connection and a property-wide WLAN as well as a four-way satellite receiver. Building security is provided by a VDS qualified burglar alarm system. An air exchange system guarantees pollen-free ventilation.
Swimming Pools
Our goal is to fulfil almost everything you could wish for in comfort and well-being.
Just outside the building is a15 x 5 meter (49 x 16 feet) heated infinity swimming pool equipped with an adjustable counter current unit.
Adjacent to the main pool is a childproof baby pool, featuring an intricate mosaic lining. We will install a state-of-the-art pool filtration system that provides chlorine-free swimming pleasure.
There is a large sunbathing lawn next to our pools. Or you might prefer to visit the covered pavilion and pool bar to relax in an armchair in the shade.
Sports Field
A separate sports field invites you to enjoy various ball games including volleyball, badminton and bocce. A table-tennis table and dart board are also available.
Exterior Grounds
In the northern part of the grounds you’ll find the inviting green of lush gardens. Amid the scents and colours of a Mediterranean garden there are palms and mimosas, but also normal agricultural plants like olives, lemon trees, walnut trees or apple and pear trees, a peppertree and numerous grapes. About half of the grounds comprise an old olive grove. The 80 olive trees are up to 250 years old and are being managed ecologically.

Handicapped accessible environment:
The access to the villa building will be barrier-free. The area in the ground floor will be suited for the handicapped.
Accommodations for Children:
All sockets in the house will be child proof. There are numerous toys for children from age 1 8 years available in the villa. Two beds for children can be put to your disposal free of charge (size 125 x 65 cm resp. 200 x 80 cm). Instead of the dressing table in bathroom 2 a baby’s changing table can be installed.
Entertainment:
Besides a selection of books and fiction in English, German, French and Italian, there will also be a collection of proposals for trips. Furthermore you’ll find information about museums or shopping places, beaches and sport facilities and of course numerous tips for restaurants.
TV and Radio:
A four receiver parabolic antenna will make it possible to receive the following satellites: Astra 19° East, Hotbird 13° East, Sirius 5° East and Amos 4° West. This coverage includes all the relevant stations from Russia to North Africa. All rooms will be equipped with their own LCD TV and stereo system.
Internet access and telephone:
Inside and outside of the building there will be a free WLAN access. Each room provides an additional 100 Mbit/s Ethernet access port. Instead of a normal telephone, there will be a Skype Internet phone.
Heating system / ventilation / technology:
Throughout the villa there is underfloor heating, which will mainly be powered by solar energy. This system is easily used in the winter. With the help of the underfloor heating pipes, the building can also be cooled in the summer with the help of chilled water (panel cooling). A ventilation system will be installed in the building, which provides pollen-free ventilation. All windows have automatic shutters and in addition fly screens. A KNX/EIB Instabus installation guarantees a convenient, fully automatic regulation of the installed technology. Smoke detectors will be installed throughout the house. There are a Miele washing machine and a dryer in the villa, which can be used when required, as well as a steam iron.
Security:
All windows and doors will be burglarproof according to DIN V ENV 1627. There is also an alarm system, which can be activated by the user when leaving the villa. The building security alarm will be connected to a live response team. A safe (28x15x15 cm) is provided for storing valuables.
Occupancy:
Since apartment 2 has its own separate entrance, multiple parties can also use the villa. Room 2 has a complete kitchen on its own and therefore can be used independently. Because of an excellent soundproofing and anti-noise doors, each party will still be on its own.In this case, the external grounds and facilities have to be used in common.
Pets:
With prior consultation pets are welcome.
Non-smoking: Out of consideration for other guests we ask all visitors not to smoke within the building.
